Bundle: CJC-1295 NO-DAC 2mg (x5) + Hexarelin 2mg (x5)
View Research Overview & References
This bundle pairs five individually-supplied vials of CJC-1295 NO-DAC (2mg) with five individually-supplied vials of Hexarelin (2mg), covering a GHRH-derived analog and a ghrelin-mimetic secretagogue without committing to a fixed mixing ratio.
Hexarelin's Place Among GHRP-Class Secretagogues
Hexarelin builds on the earlier GHRP-6 scaffold with one modification: a methyl group added to the D-tryptophan residue, a change researchers have linked to Hexarelin's comparatively higher binding affinity at the growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHS-R1a).
Unlike CJC-1295 NO-DAC, which engages the GHRH receptor, Hexarelin also binds a secondary target, the CD36 scavenger receptor, a property not shared by other classical GHRP-scaffold secretagogues.
Neuronal Cell Signaling Research
In vitro studies using Neuro-2A cells, an established murine neuroblastoma cell line, found that Hexarelin modulated MAP kinase and PI3K/Akt signaling pathways and reduced hydrogen-peroxide-induced apoptotic toxicity within this cell-based system.1
CJC-1295 NO-DAC's Stabilizing Substitutions
CJC-1295 NO-DAC carries four amino acid substitutions relative to native GRF(1-29): D-alanine at position 2 resists dipeptidyl peptidase-IV cleavage, glutamine at position 8 prevents deamidation, and alanine at position 15 together with a leucine substitution at position 27 reduce oxidation susceptibility.
Structural and computational research on the GHRH receptor's dynamic properties and binding determinants provides a receptor-level basis for how this GHRH-derived sequence engages its target.2
Combined Research Applications
Because these two peptides target separate receptors, GHRH receptor and GHS-R respectively, this bundle supports research examining both pathways within a single experimental platform.
How the two receptor pathways interact when both are engaged in the same system has not been established, and any research combining these two peptides should be treated as exploratory.
Analytical Verification Across Both Compounds
Hexarelin's two indole-containing tryptophan-derived residues, one bearing the 2-methyl substitution, make it more prone to specific synthesis byproducts than CJC-1295 NO-DAC's longer but less aromatic-dense sequence.
Certificates of analysis for each compound should be reviewed on their own terms, since a purity figure for one peptide provides no information about the other.
Storage and Handling in the Laboratory Setting
Both peptides are kept lyophilized under sub-zero freezer conditions until shortly before use.
Hexarelin additionally requires protection from direct light given its tryptophan-driven photosensitivity, an added consideration not shared by CJC-1295 NO-DAC.
Important Notice
CJC-1295 NO-DAC and Hexarelin are strictly for in vitro laboratory research purposes only and are not intended for human consumption. These findings do not establish safety, efficacy, or suitability for any human application, and these products have not been evaluated by the FDA or any regulatory agency.
Product Information
This bundle includes 5 vials of CJC-1295 NO-DAC at 2mg per vial and 5 vials of Hexarelin at 2mg per vial, supplied as lyophilized powders for laboratory research use only.
